I took my 2nd oil painting class this week. My wonderful teacher, Margaret, kind of bummed me out by squirting out white, red, black and cat poop colors and I could only work from them. Where's the pink? The chartreuse? The magenta and aqua?! Well, she encouraged me to stick w/ it and when she sent me this photo, i can't believe that I actually did this! I mean, even Husband identified the thing on the left as a pear.
